When I reached to pick-up my car, from Budget they didn’t recognise my insurance cover as it was not appearing in their system. I tried to contact Airport Rental and RentalCover.com but they are unreachable as there is no phone number available to call them. I used live chat which was useless.This is very painful. I paid the money for the services and I get headache. Now I have taken the car from Budget without the insurance cover they recognised. This is extremely not acceptable. I would not recommend anyone to book through AirportRental and RentalCover.com. I will also share my experience to all social media forums.
