Horrible experience with one of their customer service representatives who was so rude! Apparently they said I was over due for a bill for 2.25!!?? I had been given a credit of 199.00 for a return after paying 2000.00 in full for appliances and I wanted to know why it didn’t cover the 2.25 debit and she said it wouldn’t cover that month even though I was given the credit two weeks prior to bill being due .None of this made sense and she was just plain nasty and said pay or get sent to collections. For 2.25?? I ended up going to the store and paying in person with a check for a receipt . Won’t be using this card again or anything having to do with Chase!, quick

They are not worth even 0 stars! The most awful service that you cannot imagine getting with any company, Chase will provide you much worse. Avoid dealing with them at all costs. They have blocked my transfer (now in the 3rd week) as an intermediary bank without any explanation :-|
