If I could give zero stars, I would.I’m very disappointed with Bank of America. Due to an issue with their system, I’ve incurred two late fees, which have negatively impacted my credit score. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, the issue hasn’t been resolved, and I’ve received little assistance. I’ve been using credit cards for 8 years and have never had any issues with payments or late fees on any of them. This has been the most frustrating banking experience I’ve ever had. I expected much better service and reliability from a major bank.
