The processes for loan approval are not explained in detail up front. Seems there’s several people involved which complicates the process.Rocket is outstanding in getting you the initial approval for the loan. But then it gets extremely frustrating.

I had a great experience once with Rocket Mortgage. They are very customer orinated and all their associates from every department are professional and friendly. Every part of our loan process was not stressful. So it was an easy design to utilize them again.

They made a great impression addressing all of my needs and making the process easier to get through. Everyone was courteous and eager to help! Updates were shared throughout the entire process and questions answered quicker than I expected. Great job!
