I cannot do anything with my account for more than 5 months now because of some issue on their end with verifying identity. They ignore my support tickets and replies and keep all my crypto portfolio "hostage" as well as funds there.

Do not trust this website, they are thieves. I deposited money into my account which I had beeen using for some time with no issues, now after a deposit 8 months ago I cannot send/buy/trade as they say they cannot verify my identity. This is complete bull as none of my details have changed

They holding back my funds since april. Contacted them multiple times, all i wanted from them is to let me do the verification process so i can withdraw my funds myself. They dont even let me to do that and all i get as a reply is “ you case is with the relevant department “ and nothing goes further than that

Do not walk! Run away from this company! They are scammers. They claim to help you recover money lost to crypto. I have received a lot of calls from different people from this company with different strategies. They sound very nice and convincing. But it’s all lies and scam. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

I just received an unsolicited call from Blockchain who tried to convince me that they are a reputable company (and not a scam). A quick search while I had them on the phone brought me to these reviews for which I’m extremely grateful. If it’s any consolation, you’re stopping people like me suffering a similar fate - thank you!
