I do not think there are many other companies offering what Hugo is offering. The flexibility in payment options is amazing!! You can cancel without being penalized, you can change when you pay, and you can, for the most part, control how much you spend. I did not have a single issue or problem from start to finish!

Great option to have your vehicule cover
I can get insurance quit and in a good price. Also, sometimes people doesn`t have a lot money to afford insurance but you guys give different payment options to have car insurance. So helpful!

You did not reply to my emails
You did not reply to my emails. You did not provide the figures I asked for in good time. I felt that I was left dangling and hoping for the best . You seriously let down your customers and have a system designed for maximum inefficiency ..Unique out of all my secure important, sensitive personal online platforms I am blocked from accessing my account when overseas. Its impossible to communicate with you reliably when I am out of the country .. I am entirely abandoned

Excellent response when called
Excellent and helpful response from the people who dealt with me on the phone. The issue was resolved quickly and with the minimum of fuss. The person I spoke with was also able to surprise me with a discount on my renewal fee, so very satisfied indeed.

Policy cancelled but still they send ema
This policy was cancelled in favour of a cheaper / better provider yet I keep getting correspondence that refers to my renewal with Sterling. Very disappointed that they cannot stop sending spurious emails. During the period of insurance I had no reason to give them a poor score.

First point of contact with Sterling…
First point of contact with Sterling insurance was Mason very helpful and courteous and friendly ,he then passed.me over to Keira,who was very polite and knowledgeable and upgraded my policy very quickly to my satisfaction.A credit to Sterling insurance and I look forward to renewing any future policies with this company.It makes a pleasant experience to deal with them
