Policy cancelled but still they send ema

This policy was cancelled in favour of a cheaper / better provider yet I keep getting correspondence that refers to my renewal with Sterling. Very disappointed that they cannot stop sending spurious emails. During the period of insurance I had no reason to give them a poor score.

The chat system works well.

The chat system very quickly activated and I was able to effortly describe my issue. The responder was accurate in his reply and extremely helpful, ensuring the problem was immediately resolved. Very pleased to have a good outcome from the first contact made.

Excellent response when called

Excellent and helpful response from the people who dealt with me on the phone. The issue was resolved quickly and with the minimum of fuss. The person I spoke with was also able to surprise me with a discount on my renewal fee, so very satisfied indeed.

First point of contact with Sterling…

First point of contact with Sterling insurance was Mason very helpful and courteous and friendly ,he then passed.me over to Keira,who was very polite and knowledgeable and upgraded my policy very quickly to my satisfaction.A credit to Sterling insurance and I look forward to renewing any future policies with this company.It makes a pleasant experience to deal with them
