I had a great experience once with Rocket Mortgage. They are very customer orinated and all their associates from every department are professional and friendly. Every part of our loan process was not stressful. So it was an easy design to utilize them again.

The processes for loan approval are not explained in detail up front. Seems there’s several people involved which complicates the process.Rocket is outstanding in getting you the initial approval for the loan. But then it gets extremely frustrating.

The knowledge of Jayden, the representative that helped us through this process. Showed my wife and I how we could use the equity in our house for our two daughters wedding and to consolidate some debt. The process was very easy and everything worked out very well. Thank you.

Company screwed me over on an insurance claim. Do not get your mortgage with this company. They have terrible customer service and lie to you about what they are doing. Stay way from this company

I almost ignored this offer. I actually hit a button by accident and it was the best thing I did. The process was easy and Freedom worked with my schedule. I was concerned about the cost but Freedom covered it. My other concern was them selling our mortgage and the comment made was Freedom wants to invest in us and keep our business. Just what I wanted to hear.

They called us and told us that the interest rate went down, we refinanced and it did not extend our payment plan back out to 30 yrs. Thank you for fast work and a month off of no mortgage payment, helped with our vacation spending 😀
