Hello again, I sent an email to support 2 days ago and no response at all, the platform just has a ban for violating rule 2.9 and this is the excuse they always use without any reason, only when you make a withdrawal and it is illegal to make a withdrawal. You say send to support when you have any problems or concerns and you never reply, this is really ridiculous.

Not only does this company have a warning for writing fake reviews but I have lost over $1000 doing it. I didn’t put any more money because I don’t trust anybody so why would I trust some random website with over $100? Anyway, I have made money and withdrawals, but it’s only been a little bit here and there and they definitely manipulate the market to take your money at the last second over and over again, but I have saved videos and screen recordings/proof of everything so whenever the lawsuits open up, I’ll be getting my money back. Hi pocket option. I like the service so far. But I have created a MT4 account, but could not log in with my account on MT4 which said "account invalid". I traded on the website platform before, but not on MT4. My question is do I need to make an initial crypto deposit to activate the MT4 account? I could not get help.

I uploaded my first 100 Euro deposit, I did not trade with that, and then in two days my account dropped to 14 Euro, somebody hacked my account and started trading with that, without my permission, or knowing. I tried to reach out to customer support, but no accurate answer arrived.

The point of Crypto is for the people, why are you locking up my funds like a bank? So I had to change my email adresse, they did all the necssary checks and validated my id passport. It went smooth. I do offcourse gt worried when I read the feedback and rating...just thinking whether Blockchain hs been targeted by external scammers. I have my DEFIWallet and I feel safe. THanks Zane

They holding back my funds since april. Contacted them multiple times, all i wanted from them is to let me do the verification process so i can withdraw my funds myself.
