Als eine Kunden Geschenk irrtümlicherweise an Helvetic gesendet wurde, haben sie sofort geholfen, den Fehler zu beheben. Auch wenn es sich um eine kleine Angelegenheit handelt, war ich beeindruckt von ihrer fürsorglichen und sehr freundlichen Herangehensweise.

Die Abwicklung des HR Eintrags mit der Firma HELVETIC Capital Consuting AG ging reibungslos und auch die Berater waren sehr freundlich und zügig in der Abwicklung dieses Auftrages.

Ich stelle fest, dass meine Bewertung von Ende November gelöscht wurde. Mittlerweile hat die Firma Hevetic Capital ihre Schulden bei mir auch bezahlt, nach eingeschriebener Betreibungsandrohung. Beim Verkauf meiner AG an die HCC hatte ich die Bewertungen hierin gelesen und deshalb ging ich nicht auf deren Vorschlag ein 20% bei Anzahlung zu bezahlen, sondern ich verlangte es umgekehrt, 80% sofort auf die Hand! Nun ist es ok, aber unnötige und unsympatische Eindrücke bleiben zurück.

Wir sind durch einen Bekannten auf dieses Unternehmen aufmerksam gemacht geworden, der ebenso wie wir nun auch, durchweg positive Erfahrungen mit der Helvetic C. C. AG gemacht hat. Die Kontaktaufnahme und das folgende Erstgespräch klärte bereits die dringlichsten Fragen, und auch die bisherige Betreuung inkl. plötzlich auftretender Fragen gab/gibt keinen Grund für Beschwerden oder Mängel. Ganz im Gegenteil - wir fühlen uns von der Helvetic C. C. AG sehr gut betreut und kompetent beraten, und werden auch vorzeitig den Vertrag verlängern. Auf weiterhin gute Zusammenarbeit.

I recently had a buyer express interest in a domain, and escrow.com was the third party facilitator. I was skeptical of escrow.com’s service but I had no other choice. To my pleasant surprise, the transaction went fairly smoothly and didn’t take as long as I thought (3 weeks in total - not super quick but didn’t take forever). They responded reasonably quick to a support request. As my first experience with them, it went well.

The customer support has been outstanding. I never once felt let down. Communication was clear and prompt, and the care I received from Julia was second to none. Thank you.

The buyer received his item and notified escrow.com. Seven days have passed and I still get excuses for not having my payment as the seller processed. So far I’m out $8k and absolutely furious about it. If you use these guys, be prepared to spend a lot of time trying to get your money out of them.

They provide good services, but some things need to be improved, They intentionally Delayed reviewing the received payment, they took 8 days and it’s really bad, They should remember time is money. Delays will be lost in the interest of people to use Escrow. I think the owner should keep an eye on the employee’s activities and why they delay and destroy people’s trust, if the delay continues, people will totally stop using Escrow.

Do not use this service. I can not believe that eBay would partner with such a horrible service provider. The turnaround time to get payment for a vehicle is horrible. To much back and forth between buyer and seller to get funds released. Process needs to be streamlined.

Absolutely ridiculous across the board. First of all, there is no connection with ebay, so you continue to get hounded for not paying. Second, the amount of information required is ridiculous, and most sellers won’t accept it. Third, while the website states that either a buyer or seller can cancel at any time, in practice, that’s not true, and they have to give the seller a chance to respond. I will never use this scammy company again - shame on ebay for their half-baked money-grubbing partnership deal
