Fairly smooth 3 week turnaround for doma
I recently had a buyer express interest in a domain, and escrow.com was the third party facilitator. I was skeptical of escrow.com’s service but I had no other choice. To my pleasant surprise, the transaction went fairly smoothly and didn’t take as long as I thought (3 weeks in total - not super quick but didn’t take forever). They responded reasonably quick to a support request. As my first experience with them, it went well.

The worst part of an easy deal..
The buyer received his item and notified escrow.com. Seven days have passed and I still get excuses for not having my payment as the seller processed. So far I’m out $8k and absolutely furious about it. If you use these guys, be prepared to spend a lot of time trying to get your money out of them.

Overall Experience
They provide good services, but some things need to be improved, They intentionally Delayed reviewing the received payment, they took 8 days and it’s really bad, They should remember time is money. Delays will be lost in the interest of people to use Escrow. I think the owner should keep an eye on the employee’s activities and why they delay and destroy people’s trust, if the delay continues, people will totally stop using Escrow.

Do not use this service. I can not believe that eBay would partner with such a horrible service provider. The turnaround time to get payment for a vehicle is horrible. To much back and forth between buyer and seller to get funds released. Process needs to be streamlined.

Absolutely ridiculous across the board
Absolutely ridiculous across the board. First of all, there is no connection with ebay, so you continue to get hounded for not paying. Second, the amount of information required is ridiculous, and most sellers won’t accept it. Third, while the website states that either a buyer or seller can cancel at any time, in practice, that’s not true, and they have to give the seller a chance to respond. I will never use this scammy company again - shame on ebay for their half-baked money-grubbing partnership deal

HELP!!! I have 23 090 in my account that I am unable to take out. I have been building on this since the beginning of the year, hoping to take it out at the end of this year. I tried taking it out some days ago but they keep asking for different verifications which I have done. I need help receiving my money because this will go a long way for my family and me. Hello again, I sent an email to support 2 days ago and no response at all, the platform just has a ban for violating rule 2.9 and this is the excuse they always use without any reason, only when you make a withdrawal and it is illegal to make a withdrawal. You say send to support when you have any problems or concerns and you never reply, this is really ridiculous.

Pathetic
Not only does this company have a warning for writing fake reviews but I have lost over $1000 doing it. I didn’t put any more money because I don’t trust anybody so why would I trust some random website with over $100? Anyway, I have made money and withdrawals, but it’s only been a little bit here and there and they definitely manipulate the market to take your money at the last second over and over again, but I have saved videos and screen recordings/proof of everything so whenever the lawsuits open up, I’ll be getting my money back. Do not use this website it’s trash.

I uploaded my first 100 Euro deposit, I did not trade with that, and then in two days my account dropped to 14 Euro, somebody hacked my account and started trading with that, without my permission, or knowing. I tried to reach out to customer support, but no accurate answer arrived.

Do not deal with Wells Fargo Credit card. No fraud protection whatsoever. Basically I disputed transaction, proved that merchant received the item back. After 8 weeks they mailed me a decline letter. I will surely close my account. Online you can see the wells fargo bank scandal opening fraudulent accounts of its clients without their consent.

Awful. So much fraud protection in use that you can’t even shop for groceries without having to approve it. Humiliating embarrassing. Declined over and over due to fraud protection. When it’s a hassle to buy my own food with my own money it’s a big NO. I’m pulling my money out tomorrow.

Best Customer Service Experience EVER at
I have to write this review as a Wells Fargo Customer. I know that many have had bad experiences with Wells Fargo. I recently had the best experience ever and I wanted to tell everyone about my experience. The checks I deposited in the ATM jammed and I was told that I would not have access to my funds for several days. I contacted the Service Manager, Donna M. Jackson, and explained to her that I needed access to the funds I had deposited right away. She went above and beyond to get the funds into my account on the same day. I have to say, she was phenomenal. She cared about me getting the funds into my account and went above and beyond to help me in a professional manner. Ms. Jackson restored my trust in Wells Fargo for small business owners. This is what customer service should look like!

I have 2 banks. I transferred money from the other one to WF because I’m without a card currently for my other account. They froze the transfer for "security purposes" and won’t release it until the weekend. I’m closing the account once I get the transfer. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

It took me 10 minutes and four Requests
It took me 10 minutes and four Request to speak to a customer representative to actually reach a human being concerning my mortgage tax payment. Once I actually reached someone the lady was reasonably helpful, however she then had to transfer me on to solve my second issue, and that person hung up on me. Just said hello and then click.

cmon man i hung up after being on hold for 15 minutes. all i got was a loop saying "your call is very important to us" with piano music in the background. "your call is very important to us" doesnt mean making people wait 15 munites. wells fargo can easily afford to hire employees so calls are answered in under 60 seconds

Spoke to customer service representatives, they seem to be clueless, and not helpful at all. I am getting very worried about keeping money with them, that it may disappear. Horrible experience with one of their customer service representatives who was so rude! Apparently they said I was over due for a bill for 2.25!!?? I had been given a credit of 199.00 for a return after paying 2000.00 in full for appliances and I wanted to know why it didn’t cover the 2.25 debit and she said it wouldn’t cover that month even though I was given the credit two weeks prior to bill being due .None of this made sense and she was just plain nasty and said pay or get sent to collections. For 2.25?? I ended up going to the store and paying in person with a check for a receipt . Won’t be using this card again or anything having to do with Chase!, quick

Chase Sapphire Card. Travel portal is easy to use, with most prices being competitive, airport lounges not super useful. When you find them, you have limited access and they are often busy. The biggest negative is the auto insurance, which is outsourced to Allianz. I had a $200 scrape that I have been waiting for 6 months to get reimbursed for and cannot speak to anyone who can tell me what is happening. In the end, even though we spend approximately $4,000 on the card monthly, we will not recoup the annual fee in the second year.

I have been a customer of Chase Bank for approximately six years and have generally been satisfied with the customer service provided. While I primarily use the online app and visit the bank infrequently, I have encountered some limitations with Chase regarding credit-building options. Specifically, they do not offer secured loans or secured credit cards, which are important for my financial goals. As a result, I am considering transitioning to a credit union for better support in this area.

Very Often when I zelle money from Chase the transaction gets rejecred, I then need to call Chase, staty on hold, speak to a Customer service representative, then get transferred, wait on hold again, and speak to a new Customer service representative. I really wish I could give them ZERO stars. I opened a checking account AND added my direct deposit, they locked and closed my account after 14 days due to "suspected fraud". No explanation of what happened, I didn’t get to look at the transactions, they just closed it and told me they’d mail my money in 5-7 business days. EXTREMELY RUDE!! I still have no clue what happened.

If I could give zero stars, I would.I’m very disappointed with Bank of America. Due to an issue with their system, I’ve incurred two late fees, which have negatively impacted my credit score. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, the issue hasn’t been resolved, and I’ve received little assistance. I’ve been using credit cards for 8 years and have never had any issues with payments or late fees on any of them. This has been the most frustrating banking experience I’ve ever had. I expected much better service and reliability from a major bank.

Hassle paying off my balance
I have been trying to pay my balance on the mobile app and bank of america won’t give me that option and says call their 1800 customer service number. But when I call message says "you are experiencing longer than normal wait times" I’m sorry people are busy hence, the mobile app is supposed to save more time. It seems like they WANT to make it a hassle to just pay my balance so my interest will accrue. This is sooo messed up You think paying off my balance would be something they would make more convenient so they can get their money back. But nooo..They definitely make this more of a hassle

Bill pay lost in transit for Mortgage!First I waited an Hour & a 1/2 to speak to an actual person...after computer gave me the run around!...then when the person answered, their accent was so thick I couldn’t understand them & the call was muffled! Not a good way to start out when your already upset b/c your Mortgage was Not Paid through Bill Pay. Apparently BOA still sends Actual PAPER CHECKS with Bill Pay & trusts the USPS to get payments where they need to go in time. BIG MISTAKE! Don’t trust this bank to get things paid on time!

Mobile banking doesn’t work overseas
I wasn’t going to waste time reviewing this appalling bank, but anyone travelling should know that they aren’t telling the truth about using your mobile banking. The vipers at fraud control consider any outside US activity to be fraudulent, and they will shut you down. As you all know, customer service is an expensive and long-term commitment, so you’d really just be better off moving to HSBC or some other bank that recognises a world outside US borders. Unless, of course, you like hanging on the phone for several hours (no exaggeration), being fed useless platitudes, and having no joy getting the account unblocked. Dump B of A. There’s better out there.
